As a generalist firm, we bring a broad perspective drawing from our experience in a number of industries.

Industries outside of our investment criteria include biotech, real estate and mining.

 

Investment Parameters

  • Strong management
  • At least $10 million of trailing revenue
  • Majority and minority equity investments
  • At or approaching profitability
  • Within our geographic focus of Western Canada or the northwestern United States
  • Private or public
  • Equity investments of $3 million to $20 million with the ability to execute placements greater than $20 million in partnership with other equity sponsors
